Walkabout Downunder endevours to have product on hand at all times, however there are occasions where purchases will be drop shipped direct from our US supplier due to stock shortages.
Prices are in Australian Dollars. Credit card transactions will be converted to US Dollars at the date of purchase and will appear on credit card statements as "Down Under Enterprises" in US dollars. Our major suppliers are located in the United States and most shipments are paid for in US Dollars.
Prices include Goods and Services Tax.
Orders are processed within two business days of receipt.
If stock is unavailable you will be contacted within two business days and you will be given the opportunity to cancel the order prior to your payment being processed.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
If you are unhappy with your purchase please return in the same condition your order was received and we will be happy to refund the purchase price. Please ensure product is returned in its original condition and all tags are in place. Postage and handling charges are NOT refundable. Where a replacement is required, your credit card will be charged for the additional freightcosts and any pricing differences.

All refunds or exchanges must occur within 30 days of the date on your receipt.
Purchases from the Walkabout Down Under, where stock is available in Australia, will be forwarded by Australia Post and should be delivered within 5-7 business days to all areas of Australia. If the stock is drop shipped from US via the companys agent it will be delivered by the United States Postal Service and will take approximately the same time to be delivered.
International purchases from the Walkabout Down Under will be shipped by the companys US agent, Mr Richard Christie via the United States Postal Service and will take approximately 10 -14 business days to be received in most countries world wide. Any insurance coverage is the responsibility of the purchaser and requests for such should be noted in the notes area of the purchase confirmation page.
There are circumstances where your order will take longer to be delivered. Should you believe your order has taken an extended period of time to be delivered, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
IMPORT DUTIES AND TAXES
Deliveries outside Australia may be subject to government import charges and taxes which are payable by the receiver. These charges are not included in the purchase price of orders completed by Down Under Adventure Wear Pty Limited. These charges are the responsibility of the customer
You acknowledge that your on-line connection to the Walkabout Down Under is at your risk, and that you assume all responsibility for any costs associated with the repair of any equipment used to connect to our site, and agree to indemnify Down Under Adventure Wear Pty Limited from and against any and all claims, damages, costs and expenses arising from the use of the site.

Availability of Stock:
If stock is "Available", its either located at our storage area in Randwick NSW Australia
or at our suppliers warehouse in the US.
If stock is "Unavailable", there is no stock located in Randwick, NSW and our US supplier has
run out of stock.
In this instance the purchaser will be contacted within 2 business days of the receipt of the order and given the opportunity to wait for the product to become available or cancel their order.
